I received my order very quickly and this product seems to be of good quality at a more than reasonable price. My APN (Panasonic Lumix) was sold to me without a battery charger, just with a cord to charge the battery in the APN. I successively charged the 2 Cellonic batteries with the charger, but they were in fact already partly charged and you can tell because the charger has a screen that displays the percentage of charge; it was at 70% when I first plugged it in. I don't know if it's a good thing to charge to 100%, but the charging time to go from 70 to 100% is much longer than indicated, at least for the 1st charge. I haven't had a chance to use my digital camera much yet to find out how long the charge lasts, but with 3 batteries in all, these two and the one sold with my digital camera, I don't think I'll run out of battery power. So I'll have to reconsider my assessment over a longer period of time.
