How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

Please quote your order or invoice number when contacting us. If you do not have this, please provide your first name, surname and postcode.

What should I do if my delivery is late?

If your parcel has not arrived within the specified time, please contact our customer service team at info@subtel.eu for assistance and further options.

Who should I contact if I have received the wrong order?

If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at info@subtel.eu or by phone on +49 30 80 20 899 49 and explain the issue. Please include photos of the product you received so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your purchases using the following methods:

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive an electronic invoice by email as soon as your order has been processed. As a subtel account holder, you can also download all invoices from your account at any time.

Exchanges and returns

How long do I have to return items?

Returns can be made up to 30 days after you receive your delivery. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to request a return with a refund. You can find further information in our cancellation policy.

How can I exchange or return my order?

Before sending your return to us, please contact our customer service team at info@subtel.eu so that we can process your return and issue you with an RMA number.

Then send your order or the product you wish to return, together with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

What are the conditions for a return with a refund?

You have the right to return a purchase within 30 days. Before returning any items, please email us at info@subtel.eu and let us know the situation. Further information can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.

For returns of faulty goods or items under warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@subtel.eu, describe the problem and always quote your order number. Further information can be found on our warranty page.

Refunds

How long does it take to receive a refund?

You will receive a refund as soon as we have received your items and processed the return. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used when placing your order. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

How can I update my delivery address and other order details?

If you used an incorrect email address or delivery address when placing your order, please contact our customer service team directly at info@subtel.eu. Otherwise, you can manage your addresses at any time in your customer account under 'Address Book'.

How can I reset my password?

If you are having problems with your account password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' button located below the password field. You will then be asked to enter your email address, and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

How do I add a delivery address to my customer account?

If you wish to add a delivery address for future orders, log in to your customer account, go to your personal settings and click on 'Add new address'. You can then set the new address as your default address.

3-year warranty

How long is the subtel warranty valid for?

subtel offers a 3-year warranty on all products. The warranty is no longer valid after this period has expired. You can find further information on our warranty page.
