If you are replacing the battery on a Boom yourself for the first time, you should first watch a few videos on youtube. The whole thing is not a big deal in itself, but a bit of manual care is required. Important: As the underbody is not simply plugged in, but also glued, a little patience is required. In addition, the boom base is connected to the appliance with a multiple plug. No loose cables. Take your time to work carefully - it's worth it.

The plug connection of the battery to the boom is snapped into the holder on the device side and must therefore be lightly clamped at the top with (round-nose) pliers and then pulled out. Simply look at the plug of the replacement battery. The original battery has some adhesive foam strips attached to it. They can be easily removed and reused to optimise the battery holder. PS. Wer den Batterie-Austausch an einem Boom zum ersten Mal selber vornimmt sollte sich auf youtube zuerst ein paar Videos dazu anschauen. Das Ganze ist an sich keine grosse Sache aber etwas handwerkliche Sorgfalt ist gefragt. Wichtig: Da der Unterboden nicht einfach gesteckt, sondern auch geklebt ist, bedarf es etwas Geduld. Zusätzlich ist der Boomboden mit dem Gerät durch eine Mehrfach-Stecker verbunden. Keine losen Kabel. Nimm dir Zeit für eine sorgfältige Arbeit - es lohnt sich.

Die Steckerverbindung der Batterie zum Boom ist geräteseitig in der Aufnahme eingerastet und muss darum OBEN mit einer (Flachrund-) Zange leicht geklemmt und dann gezogen werden. Betrachte dazu einfach den Stecker der Ersatzbatterie. An der Originalbatterie sind einige Schaumstoffklebestreifen angebracht.
