Serious company, shipping in 1 week. Good packaging. Invoice. Warranty. All perfect. After replacing the battery in the Kindle 4, it was still VERY LOW after a couple of hours. So I restored factory settings and didn't put as many books back in (I had 1400) so the battery is now at full power and won't discharge. It seems that when I put many in at once, the device tried to index them and got into a loop.
