Looks like usable quality. Comes in a printed cardboard box, has a German and well-translated "instruction manual" included and is advertised as "high quality cells, 100% checked".
The cables are slightly thinner and more rigid than the original JBL silicone cables, so the conductor cross-section itself may also be slightly smaller.
The battery fits easily into the compartment, you should remove a little of the foam tape from the old battery to be able to pad the new battery at the front/rear (front sides), otherwise the battery can slip lengthways and possibly rub the cables on the housing bushing in the long term.
