The battery is as described and it was also handed over to the delivery service very quickly. Up to this point it would have been a great review! From this point on, however, nothing worked at all! Of course, UPS did not deliver the battery but took it straight to a dubious collection centre. An attempt to persuade UPS by telephone to actually deliver it was impossible for the recipient. So I contacted the support team at Subtel. They also responded very quickly and promised help! But that was the end of the positive impression. When I enquired the next day, I was simply told succinctly that I could collect the battery from the drop-off point. My objection that this was a problem because I wear a split cast was answered with...they chose the delivery service themselves. I then picked up the battery from the pick-up station...where I had to wait half an hour because the parcel was nowhere to be found. When they did find it, it was completely torn open so that the packaging was just a scrap of paper and the batteries were lying around individually. If it hadn't been for UPS and the flippant replies from support, everything would have been fine.

Der Akku ist wie beschrieben und er wurde auch sehr schnel an den Lieferdienst übergeben. Bis hierher wäre es eine tolle Bewertung beworden! Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat allerdings gar nichts mehr funktioniert! UPS hat natürlich nicht zugestellt, sondern den Akku sofort in eine dubiose Abholsatation gebracht. Ein Versuch UPS telefonisch zu einer tatsächlichen Zustellung zu bewegen ..unmöglich für den Empfänger. Also den Support bei Subtel kontaktiert. Der hat auch sehr schnell reagiert und Hilfe versprochen! Das wars dann auch allerdings mit dem positiven Eindruck. Bei einer Nachfrage am nächsten Tag, wurde mir nur lapidar mitgeteilt, ich kann den Akku von der Abgabestation abholen. Mein Einwand, dass das ein Problem ist, da ich einen Spaltgips trage, wurde beantwortet mit...sie haben den Lieferdienst selbst ausgesucht. Ich habe den Akku dann, schliesslich mit viel Aufwand, von der Abholstation geholt...wo ich eine halbe Stunde warten musste, weil das Paket dort nirgendwo auffindbar war. Als sie es dann doch gefunden hatten, war es komplett aufgerissen, so dass die Verpackung nur mehr ein Papierfetzen war und die Akkus einzeln herumlagen. Ohne UPS und die patzigen Antworten vom Support wäre alles ok gewesen.
