He hecho mi pedido pagando más por la entrega express, que tenía que llegar 5 días antes de mis vacaciones. No llegó nada, miré el seguimiento del pedido y me salía que estaba tratenido en la aduana por falta de documentación por parte del remitente. Ya eran pasados 3 días y nadie me llamó, nadie me envió un correo para avisar. Escribí a la compañía de entrega, que me llamó el día siguiente para explicar porqué no habían entregado, escribí a la tienda subtel que me respondían después de un día y medio que mi pedido no se podía entregar pronto (ya lo había visto) y que podían reemplazarlo o darme el dinero...no sé si los pagos de envío lo reembolsaban o no. Al final he comprato las baterías en otro lugar, así que por las vacaciones las tengo y le dije que espero la entrega de la que ya pagué. El servicio no fue a la altura de lo que esperaba y de lo que he leído, pagué más por no recibir el producto, así que si hiciera el pedido en otro sitio pagaba unos euros más pero a final meno porque tenía lo que necesitaba en el tiempo que dicieron. Ahora no sé cuando llegarán las baterías, pero las vacaciones la hago sin este producto. Si tengo que aconsejar ahora, digo que no, pero Canarias es un lugar donde siempre hay retraso en las entregas... Pero no tendrían que escribir una fecha si no es posible!
