I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a battery for my laptop on 2/12. According to the order form, I would get my order 7/12 between 10-15. I stayed at home all day, but nothing arrived. The next day I sent an email to Subte customer service. They have returned that they have sent my order as usual letter and now it is with the Spanish post office. I should have read the opinions of other customers about Subtel before placing my order. Unfortunately there are too many negative reviews about Subtel and the five star reviews seem to have written themselves. It is irresponsible of Subtel to bring send the orders as a regular letter and then blame Covid-19 and the Spanish post. A serious company takes its responsibility towards its customers until the final delivery. Another week has passed and I still have not received my order. To me, it seems that Subtel is just a scam company. Avoid this company!
